Tour of Chicago There is no better way to explore Chicago than on a double-decker tour of the city! Start off the tour with a trip to the top of the Sears Tower—the tallest building in the US! From there, our tour will take us to all the popular destinations including Millennium Park, the Theatre District, the Art Institute, the Magnificent Mile, and the Navy Pier, just to name a few. The tour is a roadmap to the next eight weeks of your stay here in the Windy City. Take it all in and make a list of the areas that you would like to explore more at your own leisure. |

Blue Man Group "One-hundred minutes at full throttle," claims The Guardian. "A euphoric celebration," says The Sunday Times. The Blue Man Group is a performance troupe that produces edgy and unique work. You have probably heard of them, but have you seen them perform?!? Three men wearing identical uniforms, all their visible skin painted blue—there couldn't be a simpler or more brilliant concept. The show is definitely an experience to remember with impressive music, sounds, and lights. It's an ingenious piece of art that parodies performance art. Prepare yourself for a night of laughter! |

Concert and picnic at Ravinia For years, Chicagoans have gone to Ravinia Festival in the North Shore suburb of Highland Park to picnic and enjoy listening to music ranging from classical and jazz to folk and pop. Every Summer Ravinia opens its doors to the annual outdoor music festival. Imagine this: you're sitting under the stars and a canopy of leafy branches while listening to music and indulging in an elaborate picnic. Ravinia Festival is the oldest outdoor music festival in North America. It is lauded for presenting world-class music. What began over a century ago as an amusement park and quiet getaway spot has evolved into a summer destination for music lovers and Chicagoland's most fashionable picnic spot. So kick back and relax under the nighttime sky, and let the music ease your senses, for this is what Ravinia is all about. The train drops you off right at the park gates and picks you up shortly after the concert ends. A favorite Chicago event! |
